So, we're back. Sort of.

So, after a lot of vent and /ra nerdrage, people got tired of Optimus and got back here - at least some of them.

There isn't much to say about it, except maybe for this: when you see that guy in your guild dead in a fire and you think there can't possibly be anyone worse than him - THINK AGAIN LOL

No, you may not join

That's right. Just fuck off. How that happened - not that it really matters, but here goes.

Some of our members thought showing up once / week was OK. Some didn't even have the decency of taking a minute to write some bullshit in the "/afk" section of our forum. The weird part is that we didn't have a tense guild atmosphere, we weren't going through wipefests, we didn't have any of those problems that make and break guilds, the only problem we had was...slacking.

Too many people "fell" for the guild name - they thought the guild name was a free pass to slack and fail. It wasn't. The people that made the original were the type I liked, the type that showed up, cleared shit, corpse ran when wiping and rarely complained, making a joke instead. They were the type of people that actually COULD clear more content in 3 days than failguilds in 5 or 7.

Unfortunately, yesterday I realized I was the last one left, they're all gone... and I realized the guild wasn't going where we wanted it to go.

We were at a crossroad, having to choose between going 10people raids only, wait for a fuckton of new recruits to show up, merging with another guild or disbanding. It was clear we weren't gonna get any new recruits, much less the so much needed 4-5 healers. Any idiot that can read can see competitive guilds on Magtheridon, farming all content, including sartharion with 3 drakes up, are having trouble getting healers. Flatline, Yoh, Ave, all recruiting healers. We had to sit and ask ourselves what our chances of getting any decent healer were - and we got the answer - very close to zero.

People decided they wanted 25 people raids, they didn't want to disband, so a merge was decided. You can find most of our ex-members in Optimus for now, we'll see how things go there and I'll see (again) how raiding is without having to solve all the problems and without having to listen to whine or drama all the time.

To those of our members that got us here, progress-wise - thank you. You know who you are, I remember who showed up and sometimes stayed up until morning to beat that shit encounter we were too undergeared for.

To those that didn't and simply got carried by the rest of us - well....good luck :> You're gonna need it.

I'll leave the webpage and the forum active, until Irulan actually bothers to log one day and delete them. Have fun, wherever you are.

Malygos, well, down, though up, kinda

So, well, there's not much to say, I personally want a refund on my repairs gold, but meh. We didn't have the ideal raid setup, we didn't have death knights and we had 1 prot war respeccing and dpsing in 70 gear, but once again, a good atmosphere and some will got us a new kill, thus clearing all 10 people content.

Grats to Delori and Whaarg, our resident lootwhores <3

Oh yeah, ignore the damage meter, it's the overall data.

Malygos down

You should also know that while scrub guilds spend their progress time mastering phase1 , phase2 and phase3, we spent most of our time trying to master phase ZERO - screenshot below:
